Here is a fun way to celebrate or reward your kids. Get different flavors of chapstick and when you want to celebrate something good, put some on the back of their hand so they have something sweet to smell for the rest of the day! Please post your ways of celebrating or rewarding your kids!

I love to share compliments with my kids, but sometimes I feel like I might not get to all my kids in a week. I printed out slips of paper that say "horray for you." Before I cut them apart, I wrote one name on each one. From here I copy them each week. These compliments sit on my desk and I know who I need to recognize by the end of the week because my children's names are on each one.
